Andrew B. Maner is Chief Executive Officer of National Interest Security Company, LLC ("NISC"), a company controlled by DC Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Maner was formerly President of ABM, LLC, a strategic advisory services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, and from January 2004 until March 2006, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Homeland Security, where he was responsible for strategic planning, budget, finance, and investments within the $50 billion Department. Prior to that time he held several senior executive positions within both the private and federal sector. Maner, earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He started his government career in the White House press office of George H.W. Bush. In the early 1990s, he assisted nation-building efforts in Somalia.

James Van Dusen joins NISC having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance for L-3 Services Group. Mr. Van Dusen was Chief Financial Officer for the L-3 Titan Group where, in addition to his operating responsibilities, he coordinated the financial integration of the Titan Group into L-3 Communications and the subsequent formation of the L-3 Services Group. Van Dusen had served in a number of senior financial management positions with L-3 Communications since their acquisition of Vertex Aerospace, Inc. in December 2003. Prior to his tenure at L-3 Communications, Van Dusen served as Chief Financial Officer of Vertex Aerospace, formerly Raytheon Aerospace.


James J. Cava, Jr.

James J. Cava, Jr., CPA, is a strong and innovative finance professional who is skilled in finance, tax, audit, and transaction structuring. Mr. Cava served as Chief Financial Officer of Information Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) from 1999 through 2007, when he moved to IMC's parent company, NISC. Prior to joining IMC, Jim was a partner at Smith, Cochran, and Hicks, managing their Bridgeport WV office. Other positions he held include Senior Tax Accountant at Friedman and Fuller (now American Express) and Staff Accountant at Kaufman, Rosenblum, Shapiro, and Mostow. Jim is a member of the West Virginia Board of Banking and Financial Institutions, and a board member of the West Virginia Capital Corporation. He is a founding member of the West Virginia University's Institute of Technology Research and Development Corporation. Jim also serves on the boards of several corporations. Mr. Cava earned a B.S. in Business from Fairmont State College, and a M. S. in Taxation from The American University.
