Changes Bring New Positions and Promotions to IMC

Fairfax, VA (June 6, 2008) - We are proud to announce the following promotions:

Steve Eberly - Vice President, Health Services, Fairfax

Steve Eberly, newly named Vice President of Health Services, is responsible for the creation and planning of strategic direction and operational performance of the Health Services Group. His major responsibilities are the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, attaining the financial goals and objectives set forth by the Sector as well as supporting Company wide goals, and oversight on all programs and sales activities within this Group.

At IMC, Steve started in Central Project Planning and has been the Technical Project Manager for the Information Technology Services components of the AFIP contract since his start at Rocket Center in October 2006. In April 2007, Steve was promoted to Technical Director of Shared Services and then in May 2008, he was promoted to Director of the Health Services group.

Prior to IMC, Steve was the VP of Solution Consulting in PeopleSoft's Education, Government and Healthcare division. In this role, Steve worked closely with his peer VP's and the Managing Director of the division to ensure revenue and profit targets were consistently reached.

Larry Gloss - Vice President, National Security Business Sector, Fairfax

Larry Gloss, our new Vice President of National Security, has held positions within the intelligence community for over 25 years. Prior to working in government contracting, Larry was a career intelligence officer, with a background in signals intelligence in the US Navy. He served in Operations Desert Shield/Storm, earning an Air Medal for Reconnaissance performance and has flown over 1300 mission hours on navy reconnaissance aircraft. His assignments include the National Security Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office and on the staff of the Director of National Intelligence. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in IT and Engineering, concentrating on information sharing technologies.

Larry is responsible for business growth, financial performance, and program execution within the National Security Sector. In doing so, he will establish and execute the strategies, methods, and processes necessary to ensure IMC is positioned to continue building a successful business in the Intelligence Community. Larry manages a team of professionals in program management, business development, finance, and technology.

Dave Porter - Director of ABL Programs, Rocket Center

Dave Porter will be providing overall management for NAVSEA as the new Director of ABL Programs. This will require profit and loss responsibility; meeting contract requirements; organization development to support business operations including development of people, process and technology; and business development including expansion of services within existing customers and support of new business development.

Before his work with IMC, Dave worked as a program manager for ATK responsible for the overall execution of the NAVSEA program. He has built a strong working and personal relationship with NAVSEA and NARA, working closely with their leaders.

During his off time, he enjoys riding his Harley and rooting for both his son and WVU at area sporting events.
