In response to the requirements for Seaport-E, National Interest Security Company (NISC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IBM, has put together this website listing all task orders on the Seaport-E contract vehicle. In 2007, NISC was acquired by IBM to enhance its capabilities in business analytics.
